Outreach Grants – This year we again are offering 6 outreach grants of $1,000 each to the following organizations: Head Start, Knox County Health Clinic, Hospitality House, Meals on Wheels, New Hope for Women, and Trekkers. The grants will be awarded on Sunday, Aug. 29th.

Shoe Box Ministry - The Shoe Box Ministry is an important outreach. A shoebox is given to a person who comes to the Women's shelter or Hospitality House, often with nothing but the clothing that individual is wearing. We try to bring comfort to such people by filling the boxes with personal items – sent with love and prayers. We prepare boxes mostly for women, but we need some for men and children as well. Please bring some shoeboxes into the parish community room to decorate & fill!

Sunday Food Sale – We have resumed our “Sunday Food Sale” in the parish hall. The proceeds from the first Sunday of the month goes to our Haitian Outreach and the other monies will go into our General Outreach. If you have any baked goods or garden produce, or even flowers to share and donate it is greatly appreciated.

Pennies for Outreach – There are jars around the church to collect pennies or other coins to be added in for our outreach programs. Instead of letting them pile up at home, let us put them to good use. Thanks!
